The perfect boobs DO exist
SCIENTISTS reckon they’ve cracked the secret to the ideal set of knockers. They’ve found that the most attractive breasts are round, full and “moderately sized”. The nipples must also be evenly spaced and relatively close together, according to a new study.
These results come from an international research project that included surveys of more than 1,000 men and women who had undergone breast surgery. The scientists analysed the measurements of the breasts and nipples of each woman, and then compared them to an attractiveness scale.
The study also looked at the effect of diet and exercise on breast size. It was found that a healthy, low-calorie diet can help reduce breast size. Other weight loss methods like walking, swimming and power-walking can also have a positive impact. Exercise can help a woman to slim down, but it’s important to choose the right type of cardio exercises that will not be too taxing on the body. For example, yoga and pilates are good choices for those who want to slim down without putting too much strain on the body.
